Diagnosis:

At any time in the life cycle of your machine, you can subscribe to a 12-month Maintenance Plus Service Agreement for a personalized plan for preventive maintenance by certified J.S. Machine experts. To increase your machine availability while improving production quality and extend your equipment’s lifecycle, we’ll conduct regularly-scheduled inspections and take measures to minimize breakdowns.

  • Regularly scheduled maintenance inspections by certified J.S. Machine technicians
  • Standardized reports including early identification of equipment problems and recommendations on potential improvement
  • Maintenance including overhaul, defect rectification and parts replacement as recommended in the report to minimize the risk for failure
  • Quality of J.S. Machine-certified spare and wear parts to guarantee optimal operation.


Installation and Debugging:

J.S. Machine will arrange a technical service team to go to the customer's factory for installation, debugging and training until your equipment is successfully operated.


Troubleshooting:

Any problems with your equipment in use can call our service hotline and J.S. Machine experienced expert from design, technique, assembling and service field work together to process your questions and troubles. Besides conventional service team, J.S. Machine establishes emergency service team who are ready for domestic or overseas service anytime.

If remote service can not solve your problem, J.S. Machine will send engineers to provide on-site service.
